All sessions are non-refundable.
You are able to change the date and time of your consultation up to 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, it will be considered a no-show and you will not be able to reschedule.
If you do not show up for your session or are late, it will also be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
It is important to understand that the success of your session is largely dependent on your own effort and commitment to following instructions and putting in the necessary time and work to achieve your desired results.
