The clients have the following rights with regards to personal data protection that is provided to the physical person:

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide the physical person with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

1.  You provide the personal data when you sign the contract and afterwards, or any time there are any changes in your private life that change you personal identity documents, your personal status, when you change your address or residence, changes in your education, and in other similar situations.

2. We can collect personal data with regards to you in the following cases, including: 

- The moment when you ask for our help/services/assistance.

- The moment when you are using the internet to to access our online sessions. 

- When you navigate, request information or utilize our website. 

- When you send and receive emails.

- When you take part in events organized by the physical person.

- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or you provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

- For the proper access or our sessions that impacts the way our sessions and activities, services and objectives of the physical person as such: unfair competition, conflict of interest, criminal acts and deeds.

What data do we collect? 

To ensure and to fulfill the agreements and to fulfill our duties towards you, we don’t collect more personal data, than is needed and we don’t fully collect all your personal data.

The personal data is information with regards to a physical person, identified or identifiable, directly or indirectly.

The physical person collects the following data:

a)      Personal identification information (name, surname, date and place of birth, citizenship, nationality, gender), address, mail box, email, phone number, online identification details,     

b)      Financial information with regards to payments, data for payments, bank account number, payments made. 

c)       Supplementary information processed mandatorily in a project, report or communications made by you voluntarily, such as instructions given, requests and projects you have been involved, activities.

d)      Information collected from public and online resources.

e)      Any other type of information similar to the above resulting from the processing made by the provider of the sessions (like: professional and personal history; sorting data on different categories etc.).

f)       Any other type of information that is needed to provide the proper services of the physical person or those requested by you in order to inform you with regards to the activity of the physical person.
